What every engagement includes

Four sessions, in this order.

Session 1

Discovery, online

We go through your business in detail and find where the time is actually going. We map your current systems and where information gets stuck between them, the manual jobs your team repeats every week, the bottlenecks that hold up work when one person is away, where errors and rework are costing you, what software you are paying for and whether it is earning its keep, the compliance and record keeping that has to stay tight, and who on the team is keen and who is likely to resist. You leave this call with a clear picture of what is worth automating and what is not.

Session 2

We build your plan

Toby builds your workshop plan around what came out of discovery. Where needed we test the functionality first, including logging into your CRM or portals to confirm the AI can actually do the job before we put it in front of your team. You get a plan built on your business, not a generic curriculum.

Session 3

In person workshop with your team

We come to you. Your team builds their own workflows in the room, on your real work, with your real systems. Mixed skill levels are handled: beginners leave with something working, power users leave with something ambitious. Nobody leaves with notes and no output.

Session 4

Follow up, online

We come back after implementation to see what stuck, what did not, and what needs adjusting. Open questions get answered. This is where adoption either holds or falls over, so it is included, not an upsell.

You leave with the solution and the skills to run it.

Your team runs Claude without us. No dashboards nobody opens, no retainers required. If you want ongoing support later, it is there when you want it.

Do you build things for us, or train us to build our own?

We train your team to build their own workflows. We do not build systems for you and leave you dependent. In the build sessions, your team learns by doing, live, on the real workflows they already run, so they can actually run it when we are gone.

Is my data safe?
